The new products offered by the company comprise a series of gravitation heaters of G90-TR and G90K-TR EPS ELEKTROWARM symbols.
The common feature of the heaters is a steel heating chamber with the diameter of 90 mm. The tank surface is protected against corrosion with powder epoxy varnish.
In case of G90 model, the heating chamber volume is 1.45 litres and in case of G90K module, the volume is 1.05 litres.
The heating chamber is closed with a header which a heater, working temperature control, sensor case, and electric connection are fixed to. The header is covered with a plastic lid. The sealing applied assures protection against moisture on IP44 level for the heater and IP20 for the adjustable thermostat.
The heater has two connection bushings with ¾” pipe thread which connection terminals with the external diameter matching the hose of 16, 17, 18 or 20 mm or a terminal with ¾” thread which allows connecting the steel corrugated hose with the diameter of 20 mm are screwed to. It is equipped in an electric connection realized via OWY 3×1.5 cable with the length of 3 running metres.
G90-TR, G90K-TR heater may operate only in vertical position, with the lid facing upwards. Extension of the heating chamber volume with regard to previously offered heaters allows increasing the interval between the given heating cycles and what follows, prolongs the heater and thermostat shelf life. The heater is equipped in an adjustable fixing holder.
For G90KTRSTP model, the heaters with the following power are planned: 1700 W, 2050 W, 2400 W
Both TR models are equipped in a self-activating temperature limiter with the action temperature of 70 Celsius degrees and an adjustable thermostat with the range from 30 to 90 Celsius degrees. The capillary thermostat probe is located inside the heating chamber.
It heats the cylinder block in the emergency power transformers, agricultural and construction machines. It can be successfully applied in trucks. It prevents from problems related to starting-up of a cold engine.
