In Slovakia and the Czech Republic possible delivery with cash on delivery. We send parcels within 3 business days of placing and paying the order at the latest. We wait 5 business days for payment. After this time the order will be cancelled. We strive to send the package as soon as possible. Often parcels are sent the same day if the order has been placed and paid for (orders with payment Przelewy24) or payable on delivery, by 12:00. We do our best to make it come to you as soon as possible. 90% of the courier will deliver the parcel the day after it is sent, but it has 2 business day for it. Remember to be at the place of delivery between 8:00 – 18:00. It’s best to order the package to where you spend most of the day. A courier can contact you by phone before delivery, but there is no obligation. If the courier does not find you at the address indicated, the next day your package will be waiting for you at the terminal. If you do not pick it up, the courier will try again to deliver your package. If it does not find you at home, the package will again be waiting for you to pick up at the terminal. On the third delivery attempt, the courier will call you and agree on a convenient delivery date. If this time you won’t find your destination, the package will return to our warehouse. Re-shipping will take place at your expense. Don’t forget to check your package carefully before picking it up from the courier. If you see damage, please check in the presence of the courier that the goods have not been damaged. Writing a damage report in the presence of the courier will help us quickly process the complaint.
Deliveries to the Parcel Locker, your parcel will go there within 1-2 business days from the moment it is sent. You can pick it up at any time. The code for receiving the parcel will be sent in SMS message and e-mail. It can happen that the parcel machine chosen by you turns out to be full. In such situations, InPost may leave your parcel in another nearest parcel locker. Before that, he will certainly ask you for permission. From that moment it will be waiting for you for 3 days.
Postal delivery via 48h courier should reach you within 48 hours of sending. If you do not receive your package or advice during this time, please contact the relevant post office.
